Hoffmann Die Cast serves the Automotive, Office Furniture, Truck, RV, Actuators, Electric Motors, and other industries. Our customers are OEM and service manufacturers.

Parts can be cast, trimmed, the parting lines sanded and the parts vibratory deburred in ceramic media.

Also, parts can be cast, trimmed and then shot blasted in a special shot media to remove all trim, burrs and to improve the cosmetic appearance.

As you can see, Hoffmann Die Cast does a variety of secondary operations to the parts it casts. The operations done to parts in-house include:

Buffing & Polishing

Assembly
Other operations which may be required will be subcontracted with Hoffmann Die Cast being responsible for operations.
